The Safety Menu

This other type of menu is to inform patrons of how their stress can be solved.  Some patrons may not be aware of the services available to them.  Staff is not necessarily expected to be able to help with every situation, however, alternative solutions may be available such as a hotline number, an available phone, or pointed towards a discrete exit.  Posters may include, but are never mandated to include:

- Name (and logo) of the establishment

- Address of the establishment

- Phone number of the establishment

- Local police service

  -including 911

- Local taxi service information

-Local crisis center information

- Suggesting using the Uber or Lyft app,

-if the establishment offers to do it for the patron include those details

- Security services

-escorting a patron to their car/ride

-showing the parton another way out of the establishment

-Bar services

  -water is free

  -"Non-alcoholic versions are available"

  -"Angel shot" or like services

-Phone services available

-Break spaces (quieter or less intensive atmospheres)

  -patios

  -backrooms

  -lounges

Not all posters will be the same and posters do not need to include every piece listed above, it is so that an establishment can customize it to their abilities.  Below are some examples regarding information on posters.
